Eisner created a parody of Orson Welles' famous 1938
Mercury Theater interpretation of "The War of the Worlds."
The Welles-inspired character, The Spirit, a hot
air balloon and a flying saucer dominate this otherworldly cover
to The Spirit #22 (Kitchen Sink), which measures 9.5"
wide x 14" high. Signed and dated ('86) in lower right corner.
